What we do
With an emphasis on curiosity and non judgment, our workshops and presentations offer women the
opportunity to fully explore the ways that our emotions get trapped in the shadow of body image. By
emphasizing that bad body image moments can be our teachers instead of our tormenter, we encourage
a deeper delving into what our bodies hold and have to tell us. By illuminating the “body self,’ we help
clients tap into their life force, health, awareness, power that are inaccessible when we focus attention
on hating our bodies.
Weekend Body Self workshops are offered monthly and are comprised of an include discussion,
instruction, and creative projects.
We currently co-lead a weekly body self group and a monthly ongoing body self discussion group.
Deb is available for individual therapy as well as ongoing group work.
Whitney is available for individual coaching for athletes and eating disorders.
We are available for goal specific training as well as speaking engagements for larger groups.
